A day in Glasgow City Centre

A visit to Glasgow City Centre, one of the many reasons guests have stayed at our Luxury Apartments, is less than 20 minutes away by train. What’s more, the train station in Milngavie is just a 5 minute walk (92 metres!) from the apartments!

Glasgow can be accessed by train or bus. The main train line cuts through the popular West End, with stops at Partick and Finnieston before reaching the city centre, while there are a few route options via bus.

The train is perhaps the most convenient, and certainly quickest, option.

Onwards to Edinburgh

If you’re looking to go further afield, Glasgow offers 2 other stations: Queen Street Train station and Buchanan Bus Station. Both are a 5-10 minute walk from Glasgow Central station (where the Milngavie train stops), and provide travel options for Edinburgh, Stirling etc. Edinburgh and Stirling are both <90mins from Glasgow Centre.
